Service Specific Terms & Conditions - Mobile Data Service
|FLOW PREPAID LIFE CYCLE|
The state of normal operation. The account is Active, and calls can be made and received. The Active state provides all services that are offered to customers according to their Class of Service.
Number remains active as long as there is credit
|S1: No Credit||Account goes into this state for two reasons:|
Allowed Activities: Receive calls and SMS, recharge account, call contact centre.
If another 90 days pass and the service is not topped up, the status changes to S2.
|S2: Recharge Only|
At this state, customer loses any balances/funds he/she had while in previous states. Customer remains in S2 for 90 days. If no action is taken by the customer (like recharging the account) the account will transition into S3 Deactivate state.
Allowed Activities: Receive calls, receive SMS, recharge account, call contact centre.
Customer remains in S3 Deactivate state for 90 days.
Allowed Activities: Receive calls, receive SMS.
|S4: Deleted||Customer is removed from the network via automated recycling process.|
