A total of sixty two (62) high definition channels will be available with Flow TV. However, channel lineups are subject to change without notice.

The customer is able to record as many programs as possible as long as they have the storage hours to facilitate the content once recorded.
If your set top box is stolen or rendered useless the recorded content will be safely stored in the cloud for future use, as soon as a new set top box is installed the content will again become available for viewing at your convenience.
No, recording hours are allotted at the account level.
The recording storage hours is dependent on the base package the customer is subscribed to. Please see the Sales brochure or training material for more information.
If the electricity goes while content is being recorded, the recording will still be carried out by the backend systems and stored in the cloud and can be retrieved for viewing when electricity returns.
Yes, customers are able to watch recorded programs as content is stored to the cloud which can be accessed from any set top box in the home.
