Once a Flow prepaid subscriber approaches a balance of $2.50 or less, Flow Lend will analyze their creditworthiness (using 3 months of account history). If that prepaid Flow is deemed worthy, Flow Lend invites the prepaid subscriber to download the app via SMS in real time.
When the Flow Lend loan is awarded, the prepaid subscriber will receive a confirmation of their new balance and the re-payment date. If the request has been turned down, Flow prepaid subscriber will be informed that they are currently not eligible at the moment.
The prepaid subscriber’s loan will go into their current balance, though an adjustment; while in parallel his loan account will be adjusted negatively for the same value.
A Flow prepaid subscriber may pay back a loan through a recharge purchased through voucher, direct topup, online topup or international topup. The recharge value will be applied towards the loan value.
A credit transfer will not be eligible for a loan payment. If a loan is outstanding and the prepaid subscriber receives a credit transfer, it will go into their main balance and their loan will remain outstanding.
Repays: If a Flow prepaid subscriber surpassed the 30-day-period to repay, but pays back before reaching an inactive state, his debt will be considered repaid. Partially repays: if the Flow Prepaid subscriber makes a partial repayment over the course of the next 30 days after their loan was issued, their outstanding balance will still remain and will be deducted from any further recharge.
Does not repay: if a Flow prepaid subscriber does not repay within the 30 day period, and is then inactive, he will be disconnected and his outstanding balance will be treated as bad debt.
