Q. What is the Data auto renew functionality?

A. The Data Auto renewal functionality is a new convenience feature, that has been enabled to allow your subscription to an existing data plan to automatically renew. This ensures that you the customer continues to benefit from FLOW's lowest data rates without interruption.

Q. Will all FLOW's Data plans automatically renew?

A. No, only the following plans have been modified to auto renew at this time.

Q. What happens if I don't have enough money on my account?

A. If you don't have sufficient funds on your account to cover the cost of your active data plan, the auto renewal process will fail. When this happens you will be notified of this and pay as you go rates will apply.

Q. Can I stop the Auto renewal process?

A. Absolutely, you can stop the auto renewal process after purchasing a plan by simply dialling *787# then pressing Send. You will receive immediate confirmation that the request has been received and that the auto renewal process has been stopped.

Q. If I disable the auto renew functionality for one plan, will it stop it every time I purchase that plan?

A. No, you will need to stop the auto renew functionality bydialling *787# after every purchase or after the plan auto renews.

Q. Can I stop auto renew via the My FLOW Self-care App?

A. Unfortunately no, not at this time.

Q. Can I see if my plan will or will not auto renew via the My FLOW Self-care App?

A. Unfortunately no, not at this time.

Q. What happens if I buy another plan before my current plan auto renews?

A. The last plan purchased will be the one which will auto renew. Every time you purchase a data plan the new plan will replace the old plan in the auto renewal process. For example if you buy a 1GB 30-day plan on the 1st and a 7-day plan on the 5th, the 7-day plan will auto renew on the 12th; and the 30 day plan will not auto renew at all.

Q. Will auto renewal be cancelled if I use all the data allowance in my plan?

A. No, auto renewal is based on the expiration date of your plan and not the usage amount. However, if you run out and purchase a new plan before the auto renewal, remember the new plan will replace the old one for auto renewal.

Q. Can I stop the autorenew while roaming? If so, will I be charged?

A. Yes, you can dial *787# while roaming. There is no charge for this activity either locally or whilst roaming.

Q. Why is FLOW introducing the Auto Renew Functionality?

A. This is to ensure that you the customer receive an uninterrupted data experience and that you always benefit from the best discounted rates for data usage. However, you are always in control and can disable the Auto renew functionality at any time you want before the plan auto renews.

Q. Will I receive a notification before my plan Auto renews?

A. Absolutely. An auto renewal notification is sent twice, one at 48 hours and the other 24 hours before the plan auto renewal date and time except on the 1 day plan.
