As part of our continued commitment of delivering the best TV experience for you and your family, Flow will be carrying out extensive maintenance work on its TV Network across the island. This maintenance exercise is a critical part of this commitment.
This is scheduled to begin at 9am daily starting on Thursday, September 12 until Thursday, November 28, 2019. Work will be done on a zone by zone basis and on each day of interruption of service is expected to last from two to four hours.

Customers will receive communication advising them of the maintenance upgrade per affected areas daily. They will be notified via newspaper, text message, radio and social media communications.
The maintenance upgrade begins on Thursday, September 12 until Thursday, November 28, 2019. This is scheduled to begin at 9am daily and will last for two to four hours.
