As part of our continued commitment of delivering the best TV experience for you and your family, Flow will be carrying out extensive maintenance work on its TV Network across the island. This maintenance exercise is a critical part of this commitment.

No, there will be no change in the rate of your current cable bill for this upgrade. Flow is committed to offering the best content at the most affordable rates along with bringing you the best in TV experience.

Customers will receive communication advising them of the maintenance upgrade per affected areas daily. They will be notified via newspaper, text message, radio and social media communications.

The maintenance upgrade begins on Thursday, September 12 until Thursday, November 28, 2019. This is scheduled to begin at 9am daily and will last for two to four hours.
