Q: What is changing about the data plans?
A: Flow is introducing new data plans to give customers access to more data in their data bundles

Q: How can one of the above plans be activated?
A: You can dial *129# or log into your My Flow App to purchase a prepaid data plan

Q: Will the new plans be renewed automatically?
A: Yes. All of our prepaid data plans will automatically renew once the plan expiry date has been reached. Customers who want to disable the auto renew feature should dial *787# after each plan purchase.

Q: If my plan is no longer available for purchase, how will the auto renew feature work?
A: If you are a prepaid customer with a plan that is no longer available for purchase the auto renew feature will not work even though you will still receive the auto renew messages. You will need to dial *129# or log into your My Flow App to select and purchase a prepaid data plan.

Q: Are there any combo plans available?

A: Yes. Customers can purchase a combo plan with minutes, text and data starting from $20.00. More information on combo plans can be found here.

Q: Do unused prepaid data plan allotments roll over?
A: Customers are encouraged to choose plans consistent with their usage patterns as unused data is not rolled over. This is the reason why we frequently review and introduce new plans to make sure that a variety of options are available to cater to all consumption needs.

Q: Can a customer purchase a second data plan even if the expiry date of the first data plan has not passed?
A: Yes; there is no restriction on the number of data plans a customer can purchase.

Q: How can a customer check his/her data balance?
A: Customers can dial *129# and select mobile internet balance to check.

Q: Can I use my data plan overseas?
A: No; these prepaid data plans are only for local usage. For more information on our roaming plans, visit our roaming page.

Q: Do these changes affect the postpaid plans?
A: No, these changes do not affect the postpaid plans.

Flow Data

Flow Data is a new feature that comes with every prepaid combo plan or data-only plan purchase. Any prepaid data bundle can be used in ANY Flow Mobile Market. This means customers do not need to purchase a roaming bundle in order to use their data while roaming.

No subscription fees or additional steps are necessary for the customers in order to avail to this service. Just purchase locally, and travel!

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: What is the “Flow Data”?
A: Flow has transformed your normal local mobile data allocations, and improved them to being able to be used in all Flow Mobile markets. This means that your prepaid data is now good to be used at home and throughout the Flow Caribbean islands. More benefits, same plan.

Q: Do I need to subscribe to get the benefit of Flow Data?
A: No. Customers do not need to enroll to take advantage of this new benefit. They only need to purchase a local prepaid combo plan or data plan and they can use that data when they travel overseas.

Q: Does this promotion allow me to use my local minutes or SMS overseas?
A: No. The Flow Data benefit is only applicable to the mobile data use from the customer’s local data bundle and does not extend to minutes, sms or any other bundle type.

Q: What’s the validity period?
A: The validity period of any Flow Data bundle will be based on the expiry of the package purchased.

Q: What markets are considered “Flow Mobile” markets?
A: Flow Mobile markets include the following destinations – Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and the Turks & Caicos Islands.
