The move to a modern 2G and new 4G network is a key step in improving the capacity and robustness of our data network. This paves the way for continuous improvements in service quality. The new network is designed to support expected growth in the foreseeable future.
 

There will be different types of data plans to cater to varying lifestyles of our customers. In some scenarios it may be necessary to throttle (reduce) speeds to ensure that as many customers as possible have a positive user experience on the network. As such some of LIME’s data plans may feature a Fair Usage Policy. Where applicable, these feature usage policies will be documented and explained to our customers.

Accessing your voicemail is free and easy.
Dial and press SEND.

If you have already set up your voicemail you will hear "Welcome to the message centre please enter your passcode".
If you are accessing voicemail for the first time you will hear "Welcome to your message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".

The first time you call your voicemail your temporary passcode will be 1234 and you can change it to a passcode with 4-10 digits of your choice using the menu.

Accessing your voicemail is free and easy.
Dial and press SEND. The voicemail will say "Welcome to your voice message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".
Press 8, Then 7 and the voicemail will say "Enter 4-10 digits for your passcode". When you have finished press the #.
Voicemail will say "Remember your passcode for the next time that you log in" and you are done!

You can record your own personal greeting when you set up your voicemail. If you have already set up your voicemail please dial , press SEND and follow the prompts to record your own greeting.

You can top at any of our Flow outlets in the islands where Flow operates. If in the United States, Canada, UK you can top up at the Online or any Western Union, or look out for our Retailers in major cities in US.

A Bolt-on is an additional bundle of voice minutes, text messages or data that customers may add to their core plans, to ultimately create the mobile plan that best suits their lifestyle. The “bolt-on prepaid plan” is an optional (“Opt-in”) plan that prepaid customers regardless of their basic/existing prepaid plan (such as Pay as You Go, ANYTIME, Friends & Family or Corporate CUG) may add to their existing service. 
NB - Opt-in means that Flow customers will not automatically receive the service.

Yes. Customers can purchase prepaid bolt-ons along with their standard Pay per Use prepaid service.

Yes, the customer will have the ability to purchase multiple bolt-ons or TALK, TEXT and DATA plans within the 30 day cycle. The new plan purchased will expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

Customers can check their balance by dialing and they will see all of their prepaid balances – minutes, texts and data.
