At Flow, we aim to ensure that customers receive quality entertainment as subscribed in their TV packages.

In a recent channel review, it was noted that some of our customers have access to channels that were outside of their subscription.

We are working to restore your channels to those that you are currently subscribed to by January 31st, 2022, and as such we will amend customers’ TV packages so that they reflect the applicable channels based on their current package subscription.

It is important to note that these are not channel removals, but rather channel corrections. Customers will now have access to the TV channels to which they are subscribed.
