Customer Opt Out

Dear Virgin Gorda Broadband customer,

We are delighted to inform you that you are now connected to the new and improved Flow Broadband fibre network. We have taken the liberty of upgrading you to a faster speed with no charge for a month so that you can sample the faster Broadband service. We are confident that that you are enjoying the faster and more consistent service

. You are welcome to opt out of the plan and request to have your service returned to your original plan with no penalties until Virgin Gorda customers: 14th December, East End customers and Chalwell customers 14th January. After those dates, if you do not opt out, you will see a slightly increased monthly tariff.

What should you do next?

  • Find out what your new plan is and what price you would expect to pay after your opt out date by:
    • Visiting the Flow retail store
    • Calling 449-4444 or 1 800……
    • Emailing bvi-customerinquiry@cwc.com with “opt out” in the subject. Include the name and number associated to the account.

  • Decide. Do you wish to remain on your new Superfast plan at the higher rate?
  • If yes, then do nothing. Enjoy your speeds and you will automatically be billed the higher rate from 15th November.
  • If no, opt out, with no penalties. By contacting us before 14th November in the following ways:
    • Visiting the Flow retail store
    • Calling 449-4444 or 1 800……
    • Emailing bvi-customerinquiry@cwc.com with “opt out” in the subject. Include the name and number associated to the account.
