Upgraded our network for a better overall experience by:

  • Increasing upload and download speeds at no additional cost.
  • Provided additional value with our mobile and internet bundles, with double data on mobile.

We are therefore pleased to introduce you to our Fibre-to-the-Home suite of broadband plans and bundles powered by Flow’s fiber connection across the Territory, offering faster, symmetrical upload and download speeds.

Effective February 13, 2024, customers on our previously offered Superfast 25, Superfast 50, Superfast 100, Superfast 200 or Superfast 400 internet and bundle plans will be automatically upgraded to our new Suite of Fiber plans and bundles, which offer more speed and reliability at an affordable price.

We also wish to advise that effective February 13, 2024, there will be an automatic transfer of our postpaid mobile customers to our newer postpaid mobile plans which offer greater value and more data, as our current plans will no longer be offered.
