TDS Platform end of life - Changes to your TV Package

Dear Customer,

As UTS & Flow continue the migration of TDS customers onto the Flow TV service,
please be advised that the TDS TV service has reached its end of life and, as such, there will be changes to your TV package.

Effective January 1st, 2021, you will be transferred automatically to the Lifeline TV
package for a period of three (3) months.

Your new monthly invoice fee will be ANG 38.47 per month plus the rental fee(s) for any additional decoders.

The Lifeline package offers a mix of local content and religious channels.

However, it is not too late to switch to Flow to enjoy an enhanced, interactive entertainment experience.

With Flow, you will be able to enjoy new and exciting features which put you in control plus more channels in High-Definition quality.

  • Replay TV – ‘catch up’ and go back up to 24 hours in your Flow TV guide.
  • Cloud Recording - record your favorite shows to watch on your own time.
  • Video-On-Demand – watch your favorite shows and movies with a library of over 5,000 titles updated monthly!

Effective Dec 31st, TDS customers who are not migrated to Flow TV will be moved to the TDS Lifeline Channel Line-up; this line-up will be a local channel only line-up.

All customers will pay 38.47 ang as the monthly charge plus the rental fee for any additional decoders.

Customers who would like to view international channels will need to migrate to Flow Tv.
