The flat rate monthly charge will be posted on your telephone bill. The charge will be prorated in the first month depending on the time of the month you requested the service.

No. The plan is only available to new and existing Residential Fixed Line post-paid customers.

 

To subscribe to the service, the customer will be required to call into the contact centre +1-800-804-2994.

Calls to destinations that are not included in the bundle will be charged the regular rates.

After exhausting the minutes in the plan the customer will be charged the regular International rates to the destination being called.

This is a  Fixed Line International Bundled minutes plan for residential post-paid customers only with a Flow Fixed Line.  The customer can purchase a bundled of International minutes at a fixed monthly charge. These bundles can be used to call China, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, USA, Canada, and UK Fixed.

Loyalty Points may be used to purchase:

  • Mobile handsets
  • Modems (including 3G modems)
  • Netspeak MTA's
  • Redeem your points for American Airline Advantage® miles.

ADSL modems and Netspeak MTA's are free to customers taking up LIME services and as such are not sold. However, customers have the option of purchasing the equipment should it go faulty outside of warranty. Dealers do not have these (Netspeak MTA's & ADSL Modems) as part of their inventory, as such Flow rewards points would have to be used in Flow Owned Stores only.

You will earn 1 Loyalty point for every $25 (local currency) billed to your Account. Points earned for the current month is held in a pending state until your bill is paid. Please note, bills must be paid in full and on time

N.B: The bill value used to calculate Loyalty Point excludes discounts or taxes.

No, once you have an active Flow postpaid residential account [Landline, Broadband, or Mobile] you are automatically registered in the Rewards Programme and receive Loyalty Points when you use any of the Services.

N.B: The following customers do not qualify for Flow Rewards:

  • Internet/dial up service
  • Prepaid Service (landline or Mobile)
  • Company Owned stations
  • Any service which has concessions associated with it.
  • Business Customers
