A. FLOW Money gives FLOW Customers the opportunity to win $400 daily when they subscribe to FLOW Products and services. Customers qualify by topping up $15 or more, activating a prepaid mobile combo plan or data plan or signing up for postpaid mobile service. FLOW Money has 1 draw for prize of $400 daily.

A. $400 cash daily
Q. How many times can I win in FLOW Money?
A. Customers can win as many times as they qualify. That means, a customer has the chance of winning cash prize of $400 daily for the duration of the campaign.
Q. Who can qualify to win the FLOW Money prizes?
A. FLOW Money is available for prepaid and postpaid customers at this time only.
Q. What is the promotional period for FLOW Money?
A: FLOW Money promotion runs from February 15th - April 14th, 2017
Q. How Can I qualify to win FLOW Money?
A. Prepaid Customers who purchase the following products and services will qualify for the Daily Draw:
- Top Up $15 or more from any FLOW top up location, including online
- Activate any combo plan i.e, Small, Medium, Large, XL or XXL
- Activate any data plan i.e. 3day, 7day or 30day
- Sign up for a new postpaid plan
Q. Is the $15 Top Up cumulative?
A: No the $15 is not cumulative. Customers must top up in the same instance $15 (plus VAT) or more.
Q. Are there any forms or vouchers that I will be required to fill out for the daily draws?
A: No, all you have to do is subscribe to the various products and services mentioned above and the winners will be drawn automatically
Q. How will the winners be selected?
A. A random draw will be held daily to select the daily lucky winner(s) who will receive $400 cash each. Customers who continue to top up $15 or more, activate a combo plan, activate a data plan or sign up for a postpaid plan; get multiple chances at winning the daily cash prize.
Q. How will winners know they have won?
Persons who have won will be contacted via telephone by a Flow representative.
Q. What if I was called, but I missed the call?
In order to win the prize you are required to speak to the FLOW representative. If the call is unansw
ered then the attempt has failed. A failed attempt includes calls that are unanswered, calls that go to the voicemail or if the phone is turned off.
Two (2) attempts, within an hour, will be made to contact each customer that is chosen. If all two (2) attempts fail, then another potential winner is selected.
Q. If I was contacted and have won, how long do I have to collect my prize?
A. You are required to collect your prize within Seven (7) working days of being contacted; however, prizes will be distributed during a weekly prize-giving ceremony.
Q. Where do winners collect their prize if they have won a prize?
A. To redeem cash prize, customer must go into nearest Retail Store to redeem.
Q. What do I need in order to claim the prize?
A. You are required to take with you the following items

Q. Am I allowed to enter if I am under 18 years of age?
A.YES. Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent and birth certificate.
