We've all done it, opened a bill and thought, I didn't call that number .
In many cases, there's a simple answer, it may just be a one-off call to a person or company you rang on one occasion.

For example:
If it's not any of these, is it possible that someone else in your home made the call. It's worth checking with everyone to make sure.

If you change any of your services part way through the month, your next bill will include any refunded service charges for removed items, and partial charges for any added items.

Any partial month charge or credit covers the period from the date you changed your service to your monthly billing date.

If you've changed more than one thing, we'll combine those charges into one single partial month charge or credit.

If you've just joined Flow, you'll have a partial month charge for your services from the date you joined us up to the date of your first bill

Both, prepaid and postpaid customers can activate their roaming plan using the *129# via http://roam.topupflow.com/ through the Flow TopUp App or at any FLOW Store.

No, Home Rate Roaming will no longer be available to customers on our Legacy combo plans or on our current LTE and FMC plans. Customers on these plans must activate a roaming plan using *129#, via http://roam.topupflow.com/ or through the Flow TopUp App.

Yes, the Prepaid TravelPass will no longer be available to prepaid customers effective November 2nd, 2022.

Yes, the MyRoam Postpaid Plan will no longer be available to postpaid customers effective November 2nd, 2022.

Both prepaid and postpaid customers will benefit from the new roaming bundle.

For prepaid, customers can activate multiple plans at the same time.

For postpaid, customers will only be able to activate one bundle per zone. Example : Customer can activate a 7 day plan for Zone 1, and a 7 day plan for Zone 2.

When roaming bundle expires, you will need to purchase another bundle by dialing *129# via http://roam.topupflow.com/ or through the Flow TopUp App.
