No, you will need an ADSL modem. We offer specific ADSL modems for specific plans with term contracts. For broadband service without contracts we have modems for sale. The sale of the modem is non refundable. You May purchase our own modem but Flow will not guarantee that it will work with our service.

Filters eliminate noise on the telephone line caused by your ADSL modem. A microfilter is required on each telephone extension that is not connected to the ADSL modem. Flow will provide a maximum of three (3) free filters. You may purchase additional filters from Flow.

Yes. You can switch your computer or router, but you must press the reset button on back of the modem before your new device can connect to the internet. Please note: If you have a static IP address assigned by Flow, you'll need to contact us so we can also assign it to your new device. Once we make that change and confirm it for you, you?ll need to reset your modem before connecting to the internet.

The modem is not a router so there's no configuration page available. The modem's sole purpose is to issue IP addresses, so no other configuration is possible.

No. Any device connected to the modem receives public IP addresses, so if you need protection, you'll have to install a software firewall to your PCs or buy a hardware firewall and attach it directly to your modem.
