Flow have a non reversal policy, but we encourage you to chat to one of our customer service team who may be able to help you. You can chat online or by using the "Contact Us" pages.

You can top up anything between EC$5 - EC$200 in one top up.

Checking your balance is easy and can be done on your handset. Simply dial and press send and follow the instructions. Calls to this number are free!

You'll receive a text message stating the amount that your phone has been topped up with. If the text notification was not received, please use our "Contact Us" pages to report your issue. Alternatively you can chat online to one of our advisers.

You can top at any of our Flow outlets in the islands where Flow operates. If in the United States, Canada, UK you can top up at the Online or any Western Union, or look out for our Retailers in major cities in US.

We ask you to return quickly with your payment receipt to the vendor where the eTopUp was made. If you are still having problems with topping up, why not chat to an agent or email us using the "Contact Us" pages.

All Flow Prepaid Mobile customers enjoy Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Restrictions, Call Barring, Call Forwarding. Services also come with Text Messaging.

You can record your own personal greeting when you set up your voicemail. If you have already set up your voicemail please dial , press SEND and follow the prompts to record your own greeting.

Accessing your voicemail is free and easy.

  • Dial and press SEND.The voicemail will say "Welcome to your voice message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".
  • Press 8, Then 7 and the voicemail will say "Enter 4-10 digits for your passcode". When you have finished press the #.
  • Voicemail will say "Remember your passcode for the next time that you log in" and you are done!
