Telesales Agent
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet & exceed assigned individual monthly sales targets
- Provide solutions to fit the customer and provide customer with accurate information about the product.
- Complete all training and development assignments.
- Reconcile payments received from E-top-up, handset and product sales.
- Always display professional behaviours and work effectively as part of a team.
- Processing of service orders using the company’s system (CRM & Liberate).
- Communicate effectively with customers where necessary.
- Must be available to work during peak campaign and promotional periods
- May be required to work on weekends and some public holidays and work on a shift basis
- Agent may be required to perform other functions deemed necessary to support the needs of the operation
