Telesales and Outdoor Sales Team Lead

Role Purpose

  • Manage sales activities for the Tele-sales and Outdoor Sales Teams including but not limited to the following:
    • Work with sales manager to defined team targets.
    • Develop sales plans to ensure agreed targets are achieved.
    • Provide coaching and schedule quarterly training to team members to ensure effective selling techniques are refreshed, acquired and used.
    • Create and schedule activities, outreach initiatives as well as data mining to enhance sales opportunities.
    • Ensure teams are equipped with inventory for sales.
    • Reconciliation of inventory and cash for sales within the department.
    • Identify, on-board and recruit new agents.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports where necessary to track performance
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to the team.
  • Develop process improvement to optimize team results.
  • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
  • Any additional function deemed necessary to support Commercial Sales Channels.
