These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the DO IT ALL service plan (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to new and existing residential customers by FLOW (herein referred to as “The Company”).
The Service is offered using our Fixed line, TV and Internet networks.
The Service is a bundled offer comprising TV, internet and voice services which are subject to FLOW’s Fair Usage Policy located at www.discoverflow.co.
The Service provides download speeds ranging from up to 50Mbps to up to 150Mbps and upload speeds ranging from up to 5Mbps to up to150Mbps which may be applicable according to the availability in your location.
The Service provides 242 TV channels which may be subject to change without notice, access to FLOW Sports app, Curiosity Stream app, 30 hours of Cloud recording plus a free additional set top box and a Wi-Fi extender if deemed necessary by FLOW and 8 free FLOW Study subjects.
The Service includes 1000 On-Net Voice Minutes (Flow Fixed & Flow Mobile) and 500 Off-Net Voice Minutes (Digicel Fixed & Digicel Mobile) and 300 International Minutes to call the following destinations USA, Canada & UK Fixed Lines.
If your call usage exceeds the number of minutes included in the bundle, you will be charged for the excess minutes at the standard rates for calls to local landline and mobile numbers which are subject to change in accordance with going market rates.
Charge per minute
Customers may subscribe to the Service during the month and will receive a prorated allocation of the voice minutes and your monthly charge will also be prorated from the start date of the Service.
This Service is available to customers in areas where Flow’s service is available
GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax are applicable.
Flow reserves the right to amend the Service, pricing or discontinue this product at any time.
