Home Phone Express Notification
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that on April 22, 2020, we will make changes to our Home Phone Express service which provides internet connectivity using our LTE mobile network.
We are mindful of how important this service is to you, especially during these times. However, as the usage habits of our customers evolve, we wish to assure you that the following proactive steps are being taken to maintain a consistent experience for all subscribers:
- Download/upload speeds will be adjusted from 15Mbps/2Mbps to 10Mbps/1Mbps
- Core data allocation will be adjusted from 100GB per month to 3GB/per day, with throttling of download speed after data allocation is exhausted from 2Mbps to 1Mbps.
All other plan details will remain the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your core data allocation will be changed from 100GB/month to 3GB/day. In addition, your download/upload speed within your core data allocation, will be changed from 15Mbps/2Mbps to 10Mbps/1Mbps and from 2Mbps/1Mbps to 1Mbps/512K outside of your core data allocation.
If you exhaust your core (daily) data allocation, your download/upload speed will be reduced to 1Mbps/512Kbps for the remainder of that day.
There should be no noticeable change in your experience when using your regular apps, as most apps are rate adaptable. This means that your regular apps will adjust to the reduced upload/download speed.
No. There will be no reduction in the current monthly rental charge for the service.
These changes are necessary, in order to ensure that Flow can mitigate any potential degradation of service and hence maintain a consistent quality experience for all our customers.
