What is the Lucky Numba Scratch & Reward Promotion?
- This promotion is for residential prepaid and postpaid mobile customers for the period May 12 – 25, 2020
How do I Participate?
- Select prepaid and postpaid mobile customers will receive a website link (promotion url) to a virtual scratch card which reveals a reward of minutes and/or data for prepaid customers or a discount on their next bill for postpaid customers.
- No purchase is required to participate.
- To activate your reward, you must select the link shared via text and use your finger(s) to scratch the card on the face of the phone. All text messages for this promotion are sent from “LuckyNumba”.
- After scratching the card, the reward is revealed and will be automatically added to your account. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to your mobile number to confirm the addition of the reward - detailing the benefit and duration.
What is my Reward?
- Prepaid recipients of this promotion will receive a reward of talk time and/or data. The talk time reward is for calls to any local Flow mobile or landline number. Toll-free and premium rated calls are not included.
- The Prepaid data reward is for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, Apps and more.
- All prepaid rewards will be added to the customer’s account within 24 hours of selecting the promotion link and scratching the card.
- Postpaid mobile customers will receive a one-time discount of $500 (before any applicable taxes) on their next bill.
- Each scratch card is printed with the number of the intended recipient and cannot be redeemed by another number/account.
- Scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Customers will have 14 days to claim their reward. A reward is considered claimed once the link to the scratch card is selected to reveal a reward. After this 14-day period, the scratch card is no longer valid.
Other Terms and Conditions
- There is a limit of one scratch card per telephone number and customers can only benefit once from each scratch card
- Upon expiration of the reward, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).
- For the prepaid data reward a text notification is sent at 75%, 95% and 100% usage.
- If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the reward is added, the benefits of the reward will be used first. Once the reward benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.
- All prepaid rewards are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming.
- Customers must have a data enabled handset to participate.
- There is no charge for accessing the scratch card and a data plan is not required.
- Flow reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
