Effective June 30th 2017, Flow Jamaica will introduce 3 new exciting Flow Lyf Postpaid plans.

The new FLOW Lyf residential post-paid plans have three plan options which offers bundled local and international minutes, core data allocations of up to 6GB, free nights & weekends on select plans. In addition, free bonus data for music streaming (1.2GB) and free bonus data for select social media apps (Snapchat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter via a free social media data “bucket” (200MB).

A.Anywhere minutes can be used to call the following destinations:
  • Flow (mobile and landline)
  • Digicel (mobile and landline)
  • USA (mobile and landline)
  • Canada (mobile and landline)
  • China (mobile and landline)(excluding Hong Kong)
  • India (mobile and landline)
  • UK (landline only)
  • Spain (landline only)
A. Your call usage charges are subject to all applicable telecommunication taxes including 25% General Consumption Tax (GCT) and the Special Telephone Call Tax (STC) of $0.40 cents plus 25% GCT.
A. The Flow Lyf plans are available to any new Residential postpaid mobile sign up. If you are now a postpaid user on our Ultrapak, MyPlan or FAM package, you may also switch to one of these new Flow Lyf plans.
A. You may visit any of Flow’s Retail Outlets to sign up for the new plans.
A. Yes. You will be required to sign a one (1) year contract once you subscribe to any Post-paid Flow Lyf plans.
A. Yes, you will be required to pay early termination fee (ETF). This fee is 50% of the monthly recurring charge of your plan times the remaining months on the contract.
A. Yes, once you subscribe to a new postpaid plan you will be subject to standard credit checks and will be required to pay a deposit of JMD$2500.00
A. No, once you are on a contract and you received a free handset you cannot migrate to the Flow Lyf plans unless you pay out the Early Termination Fee on the existing contract. 
A. Each month you will be billed the applicable monthly rental plus any call, text or data charges outside of allocated benefits as well as the applicable GCT and Special Telephone call tax.
A. Yes, rollover will apply to both unused minutes and core data balance. Any unused minutes and core data from the previous month will expire at the end of the following month. Current month’s allotment must be fully utilized before rollover benefits are used. The Free Deezer and Social Media data will not rollover.
A. Yes, once your service is active, you will still be able to access your anywhere minutes. The reverse is also true, if you exhaust your anywhere minutes and your plan is active, you will still be able to use your Mobile Internet bundle.
A. Yes, the minutes, data and monthly rental charge are all pro-rated. This means that the benefits are allocated on a 30-Day cycle. If the period of use is less than 30days then the benefits and charges will be pro- rated accordingly.
A. You will receive a text notification when your core Mobile internet usage is at 75%, 95% and 100% of plan. You will also receive a 75% and 100% notifications for Free Social Media and Deezer balances; however, there will be no notification for voice and text usage at this time.
A. Yes, you are still able to subscribe to additional Mobile internet plans.

A. No, calls to premium rated short codes and Toll Free numbers will be billed at the regular pay as you use rate.
A. No, text messages are billed pay per use.
A. No, the benefits of the Post-paid Flow Lyf plans do not include minutes or data for roaming. Roaming calls or data usage will be charged at the applicable roaming rates.
A. No. Data used for downloading the social media, Deezer and Flow sports apps will decrement your core data plan or will be billed as pay per use.
A. Yes, all transactions for the respective applications will decrement the Social Media and Deezer balance first, once those balances are fully utilized then the core data balance will be decremented or billed as pay per use.
A. No. All data utilized for Flow Sports will decrement the core data plan or billed as pay per use.

Enjoy free unlimited calls from 8:00pm-5:59am, each day Mondays to Thursdays. Free calls can be made to local FLOW mobiles only.
