Active

Your account becomes active once you do any of the following:

  1. Add credit to your account
  2. Make your first billable call
  3. Send your first billable text message
  4. Or Contact Flow Customer Care at 100 or 1-800-804-2994

In this state, you are able to subscribe to plans, make calls, send text message as well as use our credit transfer service. The number of days your account remains active is based on the value of the top up added.

Top up validity:

  • $100-$200: 21 days
  • $300: 40 days
  • $500 or more: 45 days
No Credit

Your account goes into no-credit state if your:

  • Primary balance (credit) has been exhausted
  • Primary balance (credit) has expired

In this state, you are unable to subscribe to a plan, make billable calls and send text messages. However, you are able to receive calls and text messages, recharge your account and make calls to emergency numbers and Flow Customer Care (100 or 1-800-804-2994).

Expired credit can be redeemed within 60 days, once you add credit to your account.

Recharge Only

Your account will transition to recharge only state after 60 days in the no credit state without recharging your account. Once you enter this state you will lose any expired credit on the account.

In this state, you are unable to subscribe to a plan, make billable calls and send text messages. However, you are able to receive calls and text messages, recharge your account and make calls to emergency numbers and Flow Customer Care (100 or 1-800-804-2994).

De-active

If no credit is added to the account after 60 days of being in the recharge only state, the account will transition to De-active state.

In this state you are unable to purchase a plan or make billable calls and text messages. You are however able to receive calls and text messages, recharge account, call contact centre (100 or 1-800-804-2994), make calls to emergency and FREE numbers.

Deleted Your account will transition to deleted state after 140 days in de-active state without adding credit to the account. Once your account enters this state, you will be removed from the Flow network and your number can be re-issued to another customer.
