1. What is the WorldPak Calling Plan?

3. What rate will I be charged once I exhaust my WorldPak minutes?

*Calls to Hong Kong, as well as International toll free and premium numbers are not included in the offer.

Once you have exhausted your minutes or if your plan expires, you will be charged the standard calling rate to the WorldPak destinations.

Customer's call usage charges are subject to all applicable telecommunication taxes including 25% General Consumption Tax (GCT) and the Special Telephone Call Tax (STC) of JMD$0.40 cents introduced by the Jamaica Government on July 15th 2012.

4. Can I make calls to international toll free or premium rated numbers?

No, international toll free and premium rated numbers are not included in the WorldPak plans and will be charged at the standard prepaid rates (see out of plan rate table in question 3 above).

5. Can I use my WorldPak minutes while roaming?

No, this plan isn’t applicable while roaming.

6. How do I confirm the purchase of my WorldPak Plan?

Once you activate a WorldPak plan, a confirmation text message will be sent to your handset.

Example text:“Account was billed $XX for your WorldPak package. Your primary bal. is $100.00 exps. 2015-10-29, intl bal 900 mins exps 2012-03-25

7. Can I purchase additional WorldPak minutes before my existing WorldPak plan expires?

Yes,you can purchase additional WorldPak plans as often as you wish.

8. How can I check my WorldPak balance and expiration date?

Dial *120# send. The message received will indicate the primary and other balances you may have.

Example: “Your primary bal is $24.95 exps 2012-10-29, Intl bal 897 mins exps 2012-03-25”.

The int’l bal represents your WorldPak plan minutes.

9. Can I use my WorldPak minutes, if my primary balance is $0.00?

No, to use your International minutes, you need to have a minimum primary balance of $1.00.
