CONNECT THE CABLES

Step 1

Connect the coaxial cable to the cable outlet in the wall and screw the other end into the Flow modem with the silver ending.

Connect the Ethernet cable to your device and plug into one of the yellow ports on the back of the Flow modem

ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICES

Step 1

Log on to the activation portal at https://activate.discoverflow.co/#/jamaica

Step 2

Sign in by completing all the fields with your information, including your Order Number & Account Number. You will find both numbers in the welcome email we sent you earlier.

Step 3

From the main menu, select My Services and click ‘continue’ to start your service activation.

Step 4

Enter the 12-digit CM MAC number located at the bottom of your modem and click ‘continue’.

Step 5

Next, click ‘activate’ and that’s it. Your service will be activated shortly after completion of the above steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Existing customer - Customer will be given a self-installation kit; the technicians will not enter the home to install the service or provide support.

New customer - The technician will install a drop cable up to an external demarcation point. The customer will be given a self-installation kit. If there is not a cable connection in the home, a drop point will be handed to the customer from outside of their home with instructions from the technician. The technician will not enter the home to install the service.

Existing customer - Your Billing cycle will continue as usual.

New customer - Billing will start on the date of service activation. Your device will be activated when your kit is delivered, therefore, we encourage you to plug in right away.

Upon installation, three LEDs on the front of the modem will appear blinking one by one: a Wi-Fi symbol, two arrows indicating connectivity and a telephone LED. Once the lights become solid, eventually the LEDs will disappear and only the power LED will remain on. The modem is now ready for use.

Once the modem is plugged in it comes on automatically. If it does not turn on, check that the power switch is on. This can be found below the cable connection.

If on, turn off the power switch and try to re-establish connection, wait a few minutes for connection.

Alternatively, you can unplug the power cable and try to re-establish connection, wait a few minutes for connection.
