Starting April 1, 2016, we will be making important changes to our billing system to improve customer experience.
We are adding additional billing cycles in order to reduce the number of customers with the same bill due dates at the end of a month. This should result in fewer customers being required to pay their bills at the same time and accordingly, deliver an improved customer experience in stores.
This will result in a change of the bill generation and due date for some customers who may note that bills for April (ONLY) will reflect rental charges for a few additional days.
Affected customers will be notified via email, text message and a notification that will be printed on their bills for April.
