These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the Spin and Win promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to new and existing fixed residential service customers who activate Do It + Mobile (FMC) bundle and prepaid residential mobile (Unlimited talk, text and social) plans from FLOW (herein referred to as “The Company”).

This promotion is for the period July 22, 2021 to September 3, 2021.

  • Residential Prepaid Customers who purchase a 5Day,7Day, 14 Day, 28Day or 30Day Unlimited Talk Text and Social plan will receive a website link to a virtual Spin Wheel which will reveal a reward of data, credit, Fitbit watches or Tablets.
    Residential Fixed Service Customers who purchase a Do It Bundle and add an 8GB or Unlimited Mobile plan will receive a website link to a virtual Spin Wheel which will reveal a reward of : LTE Tablets, Google Home Mini, Discounts on Samsung A21 and A02s, ST800 Residential Phones and Wifi Extenders.
  • Participant will be required to select the link shared via text and use your finger(s) to spin the wheel on the face of the phone. All text messages for this promotion are sent from “Flow Spin Up”.
  • After spinning the virtual wheel, the reward is revealed and will be automatically added to your account in the case of a data or credit reward. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to your mobile number to confirm the addition of the reward - detailing the benefit and duration.
  • If the reward is a Fitbit watch,Tablet, Google Home Mini, Wifi Extender or ST800 Home Phone once the reward is revealed, you will be called by a Flow Representative within 3 business days and advised how and when collect your reward.
  • Prepaid recipients of this promotion will receive a reward of credit, data, Fitbit watches or LTE Tablets.
  • The Prepaid data reward may be used for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, Apps and more.
  • The Prepaid credit reward may be used for making calls, sending texts or plan purchases.
  • All prepaid rewards of data or credit will be added to the customer’s account within 24 hours of selecting the promotion link and spinning the virtual wheel.
  • All prepaid rewards of Fitbit watches or Tablets will have to be collected by the Customer. Customers will be contact by a Flow Representative within 3 business days of receiving the reward text message and advised when and how to collect the prize. All Do It + Mobile customers will win any of the following prizes while stocks last:
    • Google Home Mini’s
    • Mesh Wifi Extenders
    • Discounts on Handsets (Samsung A21s / Samsung A02S)
    • ST800 Home Phones
    • LTE Tablets
  • Each virtual wheel is printed with the number of the intended recipient and cannot be redeemed by another number/account.
  • The Virtual Wheel is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Customers will have September 30, 2021 of the to claim their reward. A data or credit reward is considered claimed once the link to the Virtual Wheel is selected to reveal a reward. After the end of the promotion, the virtual wheel is no longer valid.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
  • FLOW retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  • Flow shall not be liable for warranty for any of the prizes provided in this promotion.
  • Winners of the Fitbit watch or Tablet are expected to collect their prizes at the agreed time, however will be allowed up to September 30th to collect same.
  • Where do I collect my prize
    Prize winners should collect their prizes in person at designated Flow collection centres . Prize winners should have a valid government issued ID ( Drivers License, Voters ID or Passport)

  • There is a limit of one virtual wheel per telephone number after each purchase of a qualifying prepaid plan and customers can only benefit once from each virtual wheel.
  • Upon expiration of the reward, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).
  • For the prepaid data reward a text notification is sent at 60%, 80% and 100% usage.
  • If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the reward is added, the benefits of the reward will be used first. Once the reward benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.
  • All prepaid rewards are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming.
  • Customers must have a data enabled handset to participate.
  • There is no charge for accessing the virtual wheel and a data plan is not required.
  • Flow reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
  • Flow standard terms and conditions for prepaid and postpaid mobile service apply.
