All residential prepaid mobile customers will be affected by an adjustment in the subscription fee for the plans listed below. Customers on the Flow Lyf, Anywhere and Gig Up Plans will see even more value as they will receive an increase in their data allotment.

No, these plans will not be impacted with this change.

Yes. This is the only rate adjustment for prepaid mobile voice and data services at this time.

No other prepaid mobile rates are being adjusted at this time.

We offer the most competitive rates and value plans in the market for prepaid mobile services. While we continue to provide affordable options, effective July 15, 2019, there will be a minimal adjustment in the rates. This is as a result of our continued investment in island-wide mobile technology services, more specifically bringing LTE to more communities across Jamaica, as well as our ongoing commitment to continuously improve our customers’ experience when using our services.

We have, however, tried to keep the adjustments to a minimum in order to reduce the impact on our valued customers.
