Yes. Your WorldPak plans attract a monthly charge, therefore, as long as the plan is not terminated you will be charged each month.

Customers may terminate WorldPak by visiting any Flow store and speak to a representative.

Not at this time. You may, however, call the contact centre by dialling 100 from your mobile or fixed line and speak to a representative.

Yes. Customers will be able to add both WorldPak plans to their existing account, however, only one instance of each plan will be allowed.

There are two Postpaid WorldPak plans that offer a convenient option for Customers to add -on a bundle of 800 or 1000 international minutes to their existing postpaid voice plans for an additional monthly cost of JMD$1,200 and $1,499 respectively.

Postpaid WorldPak offers:

  • Worldpak-800 minutes for $1,200/month
  • Worldpak-1000 minutes for $1,499/month

The WorldPak minutes may be used to call the following destinations

  • USA (Landline & Mobile)
  • Canada (Landline & Mobile)
  • India(Landline & Mobile)
  • China(Landline & Mobile)
  • UK and Spain (Landline Only)

Yes. Postpaid customers may add the WorldPak options to their existing postpaid mobile voice plan. WorldPak plans cannot be used as a stand -alone plan.

Yes. Postpaid customers may add the WorldPak plan to any new and existing postpaid mobile voice plans for both residential and Business services.

No. WorldPak includes calls to USA (Landline & Mobile), Canada (Landline & Mobile), India (Landline & Mobile), China (Landline & Mobile), UK and Spain (Landline Only).
