 Yes, your call usage charges are subject to all applicable telecommunication taxes including 25% General Consumption Tax (GCT) and the Special Telephone Call Tax (STC) of $0.40 cents plus 25% GCT.

Flow Platinum is available to any new Residential postpaid mobile sign up. If you are now a postpaid user on our Ultrapak, MyPlan or Free Anywhere Minutes package, you may also switch to this new plan.

Yes. You will be required to sign a two (2) year contract once you subscribe to any Post-paid mobile plan.

Yes, rollover will apply to both unused minutes, text and core data balance. Any unused minutes, text and core data from the previous month will expire at the end of the following month.  The current month’s allotment must be fully utilized before rollover benefits can be accessed.

Each month you will be billed the applicable monthly rental plus any call, text or data charges outside of your allocated benefits as well as the applicable GCT and Special Telephone call tax.

Yes, once you are on a contract and you received a free handset you can migrate to a Flow Lyf plan but you will be required to sign another (2) two years contracts.

Auto renewal will fail and you will get a text notification advising you to topup and resubscribe manually as there is only one attempt at auto renewal.

Yes, you may dial *787*#*787*# to disable auto renew, however this will need to be done after each subscription of a Combo Plan.

Yes, Customers may purchase a combination of the Flow Lyf and Combo plans, however, each plan will have separate expiry time and date and the data allotments will be separate.

No, the data allotments will be separate and at all times the Combo plan will be decremented first. Customers will only have access to the Flow lyf plan after the data in the Combo plan is fully utilized.
