If you have and iPhone or an iPad, Apple's App store can be found on the main screen of your device. Touch the App Store Icon and then search for Flow ToGo and then install. If you have an Android device, Google Play can be found on the main screen of your device. Touch the Google Play icon and search for Flow ToGo and then install.

The movies that are available for viewing are those where Flow has successfully negotiated mobile viewing rights. Flow is currently negotiating with its many content providers for the rights to rent movie titles on the Flow ToGo app. As more rights agreements with content providers become finalized, Flow will be updating the Flow ToGo app accordingly.

  • The Play On TV function allows you to select and start playback of content from your mobile device or PC to a selected STB
  • Log into Flow toGo web portal or mobile app and navigate to the remote control.
  • Play on TV assumes that your STB is on. If it is not then you can use the remote to turn on the STB
  • From the app select the content that you would like to play and Select Play on TV
  • The content should play back on the STB and not in the app

On this screen you will see your balance, a breakdown of your balances across added-on services (if you have any) and you have quick access to Top-Up and Buy Add-Ons.

Click the “Hamburger Button” to see your Navigation Menu which gives you the same options and also lets you transfer balance, check your usage, see software and app version information and reach out to Customer Support.

Yes, both Prepaid and Postpaid smartphone customers can download and use the app.

If the Flow ToGo app does not download, check the following and try and download again:

  • There may be insufficient space on your device to install the app. You will need to delete or clean up files, and applications to make additional room.
  • For Android devices, you need to authorize the app to have access to the list of device features requested for a successful installation.

Customer can install the Flow ToGo app on an unlimited number of devices; however, only four (4) devices can be perform playback at the same time.

  • Never miss the beginning of a show. Play from the beginning allows the user to start watching LTV content from the start of the program if the user has missed the start of the show.
  • Log into Flow toGo web portal or mobile app and navigate to the TV page
  • In the currently playing column, select the content that you would like to watch.
  • Playback should begin of the live stream. If it does not then press the play button
  • Under the Viewing area note the option to Play from the beginning. Select it
  • The playback should now start from the beginning of the program

Prepaid passwords must: Be between 6 and 30 characters long, contain at least one letter (a, b, c, ..., A, B, C, ...), contain at least one digit (1, 2, 3, ...), and are case sensitive but do not require upper and lowercase.

You can use the same password each time you register.

Each time you register a new device a 6 digit code will be sent to whatever device has the SIM with that number. That 6 digit code must be entered to register.

The content from the Flow Football Radio app comes from a company the UK called talkSPORT who are the world’s biggest sports radio station. talkSPORT is the official broadcaster of the Barclays Premier league, FA Cup and the Capital One Cup.

Currently, the Flow ToGo app is free to all customers who have signed up to Flow's Evo service.

Customer who is registered for the Flow ToGo App will receive one (1) main identity. Customers can create three (3) sub-identities from the main identity.
