TERMS & CONDITIONS: Make Christmas Sparkle Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the Make Christmas Sparkle promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to new and existing fixed residential service customers who activate Do It Mobile bundle and the eligible prepaid residential mobile (Unlimited talk, text and social) plans from FLOW (herein referred to as “The Company”).

General Conditions for Residential Prepaid mobile customers & Fixed Services customers

  1. This promotion is for the period November 17, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
  2. Customers activating the Service, will receive a text message with a website link to a virtual Gift Box which will reveal a Gift.
    • Customers will be required to select the link shared via text message to reveal their Gift
    • All text messages for this promotion are sent from “Flow Gift”
    • Customer will receive one virtual Gift for each purchase of a qualifying prepaid residential mobile plan and Fixed Do It + Mobile plan.
    • There is a limit of one virtual Gift reveal per telephone number after each purchase of a qualifying plan and customers can only benefit once from each virtual link.
  3. Customers must have a data enabled handset to participate.
  4. Winners must present valid photo identification (i.e. driver’s licence, passport or National ID) and the handset with the SMS with the link sent from “Flow Gift” in order to collect their Gift.
  5. Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other Gifts.
  6. Gifts are awarded while stocks last.
  7. Flow retains the right to substitute the Gift with another Gift of similar value in the event the original Gift offered is not available, upon consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
  8. Flow accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the collection of the Gift including, without limitation, travel to and from the FLOW collection centres.
  9. If a winner does not claim their Gift by Friday January 28, 2022 then the gift will be retained by the company.
  10. Customers that receive a gift will forfeit their claim to the gift for the following reasons:
    • When contacted by telephone, it rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail
    • Inability to produce the handset with the SMS with the link sent from “Flow Gift” and valid photo identification – driver’s licence, passport or National ID
    • Refusing to participate in Flow’s advertising and public relations campaign whether in electronic, print or other media
  11. Gift winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the promotion and the winner shall participate in such activity on FLOW’s reasonable request
  12. The winner consents to the use by FLOW and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the promotion for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by FLOW and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Christmas promotion, all entrants consent to the same.
  13. FLOW shall use your personal data as described in its Privacy Policy located at www.discoverflow.co, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Christmas promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry.
  14. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from FLOW containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  15. FLOW accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Christmas promotion or accepting the Gift. FLOW further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile device(s) relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Christmas promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of FLOW for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  16. FLOW shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to the pandemic, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  17. FLOW accepts no responsibility for Gifts which are lost, damaged or require repair of any kind after the Gift has been collected by the customer.
  18. Entrants into the promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  19. Flow reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time, upon consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission
  20. Flow shall not be liable for warranty for any of the Gifts provided in this promotion.
  21. RESIDENTIAL PREPAID MOBILE CUSTOMERS

  22. Customers who purchase a 5Day,7Day, 14 Day, 28Day or 30Day Unlimited Talk Text and Social plan will receive a text message with a website link to a virtual gift opening.
  23. Customers can activate eligible Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan by dialling *129*6# from their mobile phone or activate a plan from the MyFlow App or topupflow.com
  24. 5-Day Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan customers will only get awarded with data or credit Gifts. 7Day, 14 Day, 28Day and 30Day Unlimited Talk Text and Social plan will get awarded with data, credit, LTE Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8” Tablet, Smartwatches, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Handset or Supermarket Voucher
  25. Mobile data and credit Gift will be automatically added to the customer’s account within 3 business days. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to the customer’s mobile number to confirm the addition of the Gift - detailing the benefit and duration.
    • The mobile data Gift may be used for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, apps and more.
    • The mobile credit Gift may be used for making calls, sending texts or plan purchases.
    • Upon expiration of the Gift, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).
    • If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the Gift is added, the benefits of the Gift will be used first. Once the Gift benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.
    • All mobile data and credit Gifts are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming
  26. If the Gift is an LTE Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8” Tablet, Smartwatch, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Handset or Supermarket Voucher the customer will be called within 3 business days by a Flow Representative and advised of the redemption process.
  27. For the prepaid data reward, a text notification is sent at 60%, 80% and 100% usage.
  28. RESIDENTIAL FIXED SERVICES CUSTOMER

  29. New & Existing Residential Fixed Service Customers who activate a Residential Fixed Do It + (8GB or Unlimited) Mobile Bundle
  30. Customers can sign up for (Residential Fixed Do It + (8G or Unlimited) by visiting discoverflow.co After the purchase of the Bundle the customer will receive a text message with a website link which will reveal a Gift.
  31. Existing Flow Fixed customers must have the Do It bundle and either an 8GB or Unlimited Mobile Plan to qualify for entry
  32. Customer will be called within 3 business days by a Flow Representative and advised of the redemption process.
  33. Only one of the primary account holder’s mobile numbers associated with the fixed service is eligible to participate in the promotion.

NOTIFICATION/REDEMPTION OF GIFTS

Customers will be contacted by a Flow Representative within 3 business days of receiving the Flow Gift SMS message and advised when and how to collect the gift.

Once contacted, they will be asked to select a redemption centre in which they can collect their gift and reminded to take with them a valid government issued ID (Driver’s License, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with the SMS with the link sent from “Flow Gift” in order to collect their gift.

Customers will have up to January 28, 2022 to claim their gift. A data or credit gift is considered claimed once the link to the Virtual Gift Box is selected to reveal a gift.
