Handsets are categorized according to the following:

1. Dual Band - refers to the capability of GSM network infrastructure and handsets to operate across two frequency bands. This type of handset works in most of the Caribbean, USA and Canada.
2. Tri Band: A tri-band mobile will operate on three different frequencies; depending on the available network. This handset will work in Trinidad & Tobago, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Europe and the UK.
3. Quad Band: A quad band handset is operational on any of the four GSM frequencies. This is the ultimate global handset works anywhere in the world, provided we have a Roaming agreement with that country.

Note: Check that your phone battery is fully charged before you, travel and be sure to take along a power charger. For some countries you may require a power converter to change from 100V to 220V

Two plans exist for LIME FAVES. To get the 7 day plan text ?FAVE7? to 145. To get the 30 day plan text ?FAVE30? to 145.   The 7 Day plan costs EC $15 and the 30 day plan costs EC $45

The "Magic Minutes" is for only local LIME to LIME Mobile calls.

No. The promotion is available only to LIME prepaid subscribers.

Customer will be charge the standard LIME to LIME Mobile local rates after the FREE period.

Customers can qualify as many times as they would like to; once they make a call for the qualifying minutes or more. Free minutes are on a per call basis.

You can top up anything between EC$5 - EC$200 in one top up.

Checking your balance is easy and can be done on your handset. Simply dial *3733 and press send and follow the instructions. Calls to this number are free!

Adding an removing numbers is simple and is done via text. To add a number text 'FAVEA' + '7 digit Telephone number' to 145.

If you wish to delete a number, text 'FAVED (space)7 digit number' to 145. There is a charge to delete numbers.

If you attempt to add a sixth number to LIME FAVEs then you will receive a text message advising you to remove a number before adding another.

If you are unsure of which numbers you have on your LIME FAVES then you can text FAVELIST to 145 and a message will be sent with your list of numbers.

Customers must have a minimum of $0.01 on their core/primary balance in order to use LIME FAVES. Except in Jamaica where the minimum balance is $1.00 JAM Dollar.
