This allows customers to bundle Flow fixed services with Flow pre-paid and/or post-paid services.

The main account holder has to sign the fixed services bundle form. For the mobile form, the main account holder in addition to any other person sharing the mobile benefits (up to 3 additional persons).

Yes. Customers can have up to 4 mobile service numbers on their account. Mobile numbers can be any combination of pre-paid and post-paid.

Yes. Customers can add any Cable TV add-on package to their account.

  • If a customer removes one service in a 3-product fixed bundle, then the customer can be placed on a 2-product fixed bundle and retain the bundling benefits.
  • If a customer removes one service in a 2-product fixed bundle, then the customer will no longer be eligible for the benefits.
  • If the customer removes their mobile, then the customer is no longer available for the benefits.

Bundling all your services + mobile allow customers higher broadband speeds in addition to discount on your mobile plans.

Customers will still receive 2 separate bills, one with fixed services and another with mobile.

Customers must have at least 2 fixed services + mobile service with Flow to be eligible for discounts.

It allows customers to have a bundle with 2 fixed products + mobile or a bundle with 3 fixed products + mobile.
