Flow’s Self-Install is a new process that empowers customers to complete the simple elements of the installation process, whereby they have access to our services without the need for a technician to visit their home!

Billing of your service will commence within 24 hours of collection of equipment from our retail store. Please be sure to attempt your service activation and contact us via1-800-804-2994 so that we can resolve any challenges as soon as possible.

We remain committed to ensuring we support you through this process. If we are unable to resolve your issue remotely, we will arrange for a technician visit to provide additional support.

If you encounter an issue and the suggestions in our troubleshooting guide have not worked, please give us a call toll free at 1-800-804-2994 and select the TV option when prompted.

Your self-install care package should include:

  • Set-Top box and remote control
  • Installation and Troubleshooting Guide
  • Two lengths of cable
  • FAQ sheet

Yes – you will be provided with two lengths of cable, a 6ft cable and a 35ft cable.

The equipment needed for you to complete your TV service set-up can be conveniently collected from any of our retail outlets. Our agents will present you with a Self-Install Care Package which will have all equipment and instructions you need!

Customers can opt out by stating at sign-up that they do not wish to have any movies whatsoever.

Customers can opt out by calling 1-800-804-2994 to have the service removed before the next billing period.

After the self-install kit is delivered, $50 cash back will be added to your bill plus an additional credit for the value of 1 month of HBO MAX movies.

There is no charge for participating in Self-Install. Only in instances where a technician visit is requested by the customer to complete the installation, the applied cash back will be reversed.
