Billing & Payment Process Changes- Customer Comms

Dear Valued Customer,

We are excited to share with you some positive changes we are making to our billing and payment processes as part of a broader initiative to elevate the level of service, engagement, ease of payment, and support we provide to you.

Our billing and payment cycle currently spans sixty (60) days starting at the date your bill is generated. The diagram below outlines the stages in the cycle from Day 0 at invoice generation to Day 60 when the cycle ends.


To avoid service interruption, we encourage you to settle all outstanding balances by the 21st day of each month. It is important to note that from Day 19 through Day 50 of the billing and payment cycle, you will receive periodic reminders via SMS text, and we will also make outreach calls to you.

We also understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to payments, and to make the process more convenient for you, we have several payment options offering you more choices to suit your preferences and schedule:

  • By calling 1-800-804-2994 and following the prompts
  • Via FastPay on our website at
  • Via the MyFlow portal or app
  • At any Flow retail store via cashier or kiosk
