1. This promotion is open only to FLOW (SVG) limited “Residential” Category customers who are legal residents of St. Vincent & the Grenadines & aged 18yrs or older. By entering this promotion participants warrants & represents that they are legal residents of ST. Vincent & the Grenadines aged 18yrs and older. In the event that this warranty and representation proves to be false any prize(s) will be forfeited. 2. The “Flow Summer Train” Summer Promotion: Instant prizes of Data, Minutes, Top up & other prizes promotion (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”), is available to all FLOW Residential customers who carry out a qualifying activity. 3. The Promotion will run from June 01 – August 31, 2022 (“The Promotion Period”).
4. All customers who carry out a qualifying activity will receive a chance to win any of the below daily prize via scratch card, plus level up to the weekly Gold Prizes & Final entries into the Platinum prize draw. 5. Qualifying activities are:

  • Single top ups of $15 or more using any FLOW Direct Top from any FLOW top up location/Vendor (including FLOW App Top ups, FLOW International Top Up, FLOW Online Top Up). Top-Up method that includes Me2U, Credit U and FLOW Loan do not qualify as top-up methods. Cumulative top ups do not count towards entry into the Promotion e.g. a customer who makes 3 top-ups of $5 each within 24 hours will not receive an entry;
  • Activation (new or renewal) of 3, 7 or 30day Combo Plans by prepaid customer or sign up of new plans by Postpaid customers.
  • Add Postpaid to your Fixed Services and make it a Bundle.

6. All Prepaid mobile participants qualifying for daily prizes in the promotion will receive specially designed digital peel cards,they will then level up to be entered in the weekly Gold and Platinum Draws and Final Super Platinum Prize Draw.
7. Digital Peel Cards are automatically redeemed via customer devices.
8. Gold, Platinum & Super Platinum Card prize winners will be contacted by a FLOW Representative. The qualifying periods and draw dates for the Grand prize draws are as follows:

Super Platinum Prizes Details

9. FLOW will attempt to contact customers two (2) consecutive times only and if the Customer’s number is busy/no answer/off, goes to voicemail or if the customer does not want to participate in the Promotion (for example, for religious reasons), another customer will be contacted. If the selected customers from the first draw do not respond correctly or do not wish to participate then the backup winners will be contacted in the order in which they were selected.
10. Potential Grand Prize winners with the exception of daily winners are required to collect same from the FLOW Head Office at Halifax St, Kingstown, St. Vincent. Or any other location so advised on the date specified. Prizes not collected after seven (7) days, or he/she is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at FLOW’s sole discretion.
11. To be eligible to win participants, accounts must be active & in good standing at the time of the prize draws. In order to claim any prize potential winners must present valid identification (e.g. passport, voters’ identification card or driver’s license).
12. Winners will be required to participate in any planned publicity in connection with this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, the prize winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity promotion or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by us or our agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit their right to claim the prize.
13. Flow St. Vincent and the Grenadines limited fixed line, Internet, Mobile & TV services Terms & Conditions apply. FLOW employees, dealer principals or employees of any of our affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, dealers, distributors or anyone else connected with this promotion and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible for entry. For these purposes immediate family members are spouses, parents, siblings and children.
14. All prizes are not transferrable and may neither be exchanged nor redeemed for cash.
15. In order to claim & received prizes, potential winners of the promotion will be required to sign FLOW’ liability release. Failure of inability that release will result in the potential winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected at FLOW’ sole discretion.
16. FLOW, reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion within it sole discretion and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion
17. FLOW reserves the right to substitute the instant prize on a scratch card with any other prize, in the event of stock shortages. Instant prizes only available while stock last.
18. By entering or participating in this promotion you agree to be bound by these promotion rules. The decisions of FLOW are final in all matters related to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into thereon.

Rules for the Digital Peel cards
1. Customer can only Peel to win when they top-up $15.00 or more or activate a 3, 7, 30 days always on plan.
2. Peel cards are only valid for 48hrs after you receive the confirmation link.
3. Any Peel cards not used prior to 48hrs are forfeited.
4. Only the cell number that made the purchase can play in the Peel cards game. Entries are not Transferrable to any other customer.
5. Customer can play Peel cards as many times as they want once triggers are met.
6. Each $15 top-up is a chance to receive a peel card and win.
7. Each 3-, 7- or 30-day activations of combo plan is a chance to receive a peel card and win.
8. If I top-up $50.00 you will receive 1 chance to spin the wheel.
9. There are no Automatic prizes allocated. Winner are chosen randomly.
10. When playing the following are possible outcomes:

Benefits will vary based on the customer segment. MSISDN and unique benefits to be provided.
1. Messangi sends a virtual peel card via text with a unique URL. This URL is specific to the customer and the reward type (prize/ no prize + the benefit where applicable.
2. Customer selects the link to reveal a virtual Flow branded scratch card image.
3. Customer scratches the image on the device screen with their finger to reveal prize or no prize.
4. If the handset does not facilitate touch screen activities, the benefit will auto-reveal in 60 seconds. BUT only if the customer selects the link.
5. If the link is not selected, the scratch card remains as unclaimed.
6. Expiry period of reward: 2 days
7. Reward issued daily by random draw.

Redemption:
1. If the peel card reveals a prize, the benefit is automatically added to the account (this is true for network-specific benefits- talk, text, data. For non-network prizes, the card will indicate the method of redemption.
2. In addition to the unveiled prize on the scratch card, a reward message is also sent via text.
3. If the peel card reveals a no reward scenario, no text is sent.
4. If there is an error adding the benefit to the account, a failure message will be sent to the customer indicating same + the system will retry within 24hrs after review by the Flow Team
5. If the reward is not claimed in 48 hours. The offer will expire, and the customer will receive an expiration message on the scratch card and via text.

Validation + Fraud Prevention
6. Validation- once the benefit is redeemed, the link cannot be re-used, an attempt to scratch the card a second time will reveal that the prize was already claimed.
