Customers who use up their allowances of calls, texts or data will be billed at the published out of bundle rates until the start of the new billing period when their allowance will be refreshed.
Customers can add additional users to their Medium and Large combo plans called share users. These users can use all allowances of calls, texts and data.
Yes, where applicable, additional share users are billed $20 per user, per month.
Our Small (S) combo plan allows a maximum of 1 user, while our Medium (M) combo plan allows a maximum of 2 users and our Large (L) combo plan allows a maximum of 4 users.
No, the plan needs to be active for the share users to access the allowances.
Yes. Customer will need to pass the standard credit check to qualify for a Combo plan.
Once the combo plan is provisioned postpaid customers will have immediate access to their allowances.
Anywhere local minutes includes all local networks in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Regional Minutes includes all Flow Caribbean destinations. International Minutes includes US, Canada and UK Fixed lines.
