The LTE Combo plans offer customers lots of choice and benefits and FLOW would encourage all of its existing residential mobile users to upgrade to these new plans, but we will NOT be doing automatic migrations to these new plans. Existing customers will remain on their current plan until they contact us to request an upgrade, or if their service is closed due to non-payment of arrears or voluntary withdrawal. In the coming months we will be engaging our existing customers directly to inform them of the benefits of the new plans and invite them to upgrade.

Customers can check their remaining balance at any time by contacting the contact center () where one of our agents will be able to confirm the remaining balance or by using our MY FLOW Self Care App.

In plan Data can be used while roaming in Flow Caribbean Territories (St. Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, Dominica, St. Kitts, Antigua, Anguilla, BVI, Cayman, Jamaica, Montserrat, Turks & Caicos only.) In plan Voice/mins and SMS cannot be used while roaming; normal voice and SMS roaming charges will apply whilst travelling.

A billing period ends on the 28th each month and bill payments are due with-in 21 days.
