Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is only available to new bundle customers and new broadband customers, i.e. customers who did not have the service in the last 6 months from the date of sign up.
  2. Existing customers who are upgrading their services are NOT eligible for this offer.
  3. Promotional period is 11th January2021 to 28th February 2021. Whereas the promotional period begins on 11th January 2021 and shall continue until 28th February 2021 or otherwise stated by Flow; Flow reserves the right to at any time, amend or withdraw the Promotion or any of its Terms and Conditions. However, if such occasion should arise, customers will receive advance notice of all changes to the Promotion before any change takes effect
  4. This offer CANNOT be combined with any other offer.
  5. Qualifying customers will be presented with a special discount voucher to purchase one (1) Samsung A7 tablet.
  6. The Samsung A7 tablet can be purchased at any of our four (4) Flow Retail stores
  7. Customers must redeem vouchers on or before 31th March 2021.
  8. A voucher can only be redeemed once.
  9. Only one (1) voucher can be redeemed per person, per transaction.
  10. Samsung A7 tablet will only be sold to the Flow Account holder; valid picture ID, Passport, Driver’s License, Voter Registration must be presented at time of purchase.
  11. Customer must present voucher to purchase the Samsung A7 tablet.
  12. Customer cannot purchase more than one Samsung A7 tablet.
  13. Standard warrant on Samsung tablets apply.
  14. Flow will not be offering repairs/troubleshooting/software update services for Samsung A7 tablets.
  15. If customer disconnects their service before 6 months, the retail value of the Samsung A7 tablet shall be charged to the customer.
  16. Once Samsung A7 tablet is purchased, it cannot be exchanged for any other goods and services or payment towards any bill.
  17. All Ts & Cs must be strictly adhered to.
