Yes, you will be billed for the movie whether or not you look at it. Flow only sees that the purchase has been made, not that the content has been watched.
Coming into the office is not necessary. Flow has made it easier for you. You can use your remote control to purchase your events and movies. However, if you’re having problems ordering your movie, we would be more than happy to help you in person or over the phone.
