With Flow’s phone service, you’re using our state-of-the-art broadband network to make and receive calls, giving you more dependable levels of service. Flow also gives you access to emergency service numbers such as 911, unlike other VoIP providers. Also, if you temporarily lose your electricity, your Flow modem’s batteries will provide four hours of life.

Yes, you can. You don’t need to order our internet service or even our TV service. All you have to do is make sure you pay the phone installation fee.

Yes, you can make and receive calls to and from all other Flow talk customers, international destinations and all other fixed and mobile customers in Grenada, Carriacou & Petite Martinique.

Yes. You can make calls to anywhere in the world, however, these calls will appear from your local number.

No. You don't need an internet connection to make any calls using Flow’s phone service.
