FLOW ULTIMATE VALENTINES EXPERIENCE PROMOTION RULES
1. The FLOW Ultimate Valentines Experience Promotion (“the Promotion”) begins on February 1, 2023 and ends February 15, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion applies to:- (i) new customers who switch to FLOW and sign up for the Family Essential Plan during the Promotion Period; (ii) new customers who sign up for the Family Essential Plan during the Promotion Period or (iii) existing FLOW customers on a standalone plan who upgrade to the Family Essential plan during the Promotion Period. Entry in the Promotion is subject to each new customer submitting valid proof of address, satisfying FLOW’s credit check requirements and providing payment security in the form requested by FLOW.
3. By signing up for the Family Essential Plan, Customer agrees to be bound by the Family Essential Plan terms and conditions, FLOW’s Residential Terms and Conditions, all applicable service specific terms and conditions and the applicable service application form (s) (together “FLOW’s Terms and Conditions”) which are available at discoverflow.
4. Customers may sign up online or in-store with an agent during the Promotion Period.
5. Each sign-up to Family Essential Plan during the Promotion Period entitles the Customer to one (1) entry.
6. The Promotion applies to customers in all islands in the Turks and Caicos Islands. However one (1) lucky customer in Grand Turk, South Caicos and North Caicos will have a chance to win a Dinner for Two (2) at Casa Nonna separate from the Ultimate Prize.
7. Winners will be randomly selected an announced on Valentine’s Day (February 14, 2023).
8. FLOW reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
9. Prize Winners must sign FLOW’s Liability Release prior to receiving their Prizes or will be disqualified and alternative winners selected at FLOW’s sole discretion.
10. Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. FLOW reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Promotion within its sole discretion and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion.
11. By entering this Promotion Entrants agree to be bound by these Promotion rules. The decisions of FLOW are final in all matters related to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. FLOW employees and their immediate families (i.e their parents, spouse or children) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
