Yes, you can buy a data plan. The data plan will not affect your remaining combo plan minutes and the expiration date for your combo plan will remain unchanged.

Yes. To check your mins balance, dial *120#.

Customers can check their balance by dialing *120# and they will see all of their prepaid balances minutes, texts and data. By contacting the Contact Centre ( 100 or 1800-804-2994) where one of our agents will be able to advise on remaining balances.

Checking your balance is easy and can be done on your handset. Simply dial *3733 and press send and follow the instructions. Calls to this number are free!

You can top up anything between $5 - $200 in one top up

You can record your own personal greeting when you set up your voicemail. If you have already set up your voicemail please dial , press SEND and follow the prompts to record your own greeting.

The inclusive minutes, texts and data are for local Home country use ONLY. The standard roaming charges will apply when roaming
