Yes, the customer will have the ability to purchase multiple bolt-ons or TALK, TEXT and DATA plans within the 30 day cycle. The new plan purchased will expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

Topping up your account is easy! Choose any one of the methods below.

Flow Prepaid Cards - Purchase a Prepaid Card, scratch the PIN at the back of the card, dial 121 and follow instructions to recharge your account.

EPIN Top Up - is a paper receipt that contains a unique PIN. You activate the PIN and you are ready to start talking. You dial 121 on your mobile phone and follow the instructions.

Web Top Up - Log on to https://www.etopuponline.com/lime/ and log in. If you have not already registered click on "New User" to create a log in.

Bank Top Up - Insert your ATM card into the ABM machine and select "Add Credit" from the on screen menu and enter the amount of credit and the amount of credit to be applied. A text message confirmation will be sent to the handset confirming the top up amount.

ME2U - Allows you to send credit from your own mobile to friends and family. More information can be found in our ME2U Help Pages.

Merchant Top Up - Give the retailer the amount that you wish to top up along with the telephone number. The amount is transferred automatically to the mobile account and a confirmation text will be sent to your mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the balance.

You'll receive a text message stating the amount that your phone has been topped up with. If the text notification was not received, please use our "Contact Us" pages to report your issue. Alternatively you can chat online to one of our advisers.

All Flow Prepaid Mobile customers enjoy Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Restrictions, Call Barring, Call Forwarding. Services also come with Text Messaging.

Dial *123 and press SEND.
If you have already set up your voicemail you will hear "Welcome to the message centre please enter your passcode".
If you are accessing voicemail for the first time you will hear "Welcome to your message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".
The first time you call your voicemail your temporary passcode will be 1234 and you can change it to a passcode with 4-10 digits of your choice using the menu.

No. Customer will be notified only when their subscription actually expires.
