Flow Faves allows Flow prepaid customers to make unlimited calls and texts to their favorite five (5) Flow numbers locally at a fixed recurring charge weekly or monthly. The five numbers must be on-net to Flow landline or mobile number. Except in Antigua where only Flow Mobile Numbers can be in the Fave List.
To activate the plan the customer can dial *129#*129# and follow the menu options to select the plan of choice.
On the prepaid plans or bolt-ons customers will enjoy up to 30 days of service before re-activation is required. Prepaid customers can, however, register at any time once their minutes, texts or data are exhausted, by simply ensuring that their prepaid account has sufficient credit.
Yes, the IDD minutes will be prorated to coincide with the charges.
The flat rate monthly charge will be posted on your telephone bill. The charge will be prorated in the first month depending on the time of the month you requested the service.
No. The plan is only available to new and existing Residential Fixed Line postpaid customers.

To subscribe to the service, the customer will be required to call into the contact centre 1-800-804-2994
Calls to destinations that are not included in the bundle will be charged the regular rates.
After exhausting the minutes in the plan the customer will be charged the regular international rates to the destination being called.
