If you are a new post-paid customer, you will be subject to standard credit checks and may be required to pay a deposit of XCD $200.00.

This is the easy part. You can sign up for your Flex Postpaid plan today by visiting any Flow location including the mobile store. Just ensure you bring along the following items:

  • Two (2) Government issued photo IDs – one must be your social security card
  • Proof of address.
  • $200 refundable deposit

Absolutely! We have two family plans that can be shared. There’s one that can be shared between two people and another that can be shared among four persons. This way there’s something for everyone who’s included in the plan.

This is one of the real exciting features about these plans. The new plans give you all the data you need starting from 15GB of data on a single plan to as much as 60GB for the family plan. The single plans give 3,000 anywhere minutes while the family plans allow you to talk as long as you like with unlimited minutes. Here’s the other great feature, all new postpaid plans come with unlimited text messaging.

We made sure we included international minutes in the plans as we know that this is important for you to stay connected with your loved ones. One of the single plans and two of the family plans offer international minutes. These give you as much as 1,000 minutes per month that can be used by either one user or shared so you can keep in touch with your friends and family overseas.

This is perhaps the most exciting and unique feature of our Flex Postpaid plans. Once your plan data is used up, you will only be charged a flat rate of $10 per additional gigabyte. You can then take control of how much additional data you would like to use. This means there will be no surprises when your next bill arrives.

No even if all your primary data is used up you still have access to your Anywhere minutes and text messages

When we say Anywhere we mean Anywhere. These plans allow you to call ANY network in Antigua & Barbuda (mobile and landline), so you can easily stay connected with all your friends and family.

Yes you can, but all calls and text messages to international toll free and premium rated numbers will be billed at the standard out of plan rates. They are not included in your plan bundle.
