The Always-On service is available only to high-value customers with an active fixed service who are currently offline.
To receive the Always on Service, you must be contacted by a Flow sales agent; this offer is not available for in-store purchase.
Equipment pickup is facilitated exclusively at Quick Desk-enabled locations: Carlton, Sovereign, Portmore Mall, May Pen, Fairview, and Kings Street. Delivery may be offered if you cannot visit these locations.
Equipment & Provisioning
You will receive a modem and dongle bundle (SIM pre-inserted) that is pre-provisioned for use.
Firmware upgrades and provisioning will be completed by Flow agents .
Installation & Usage
You are responsible for self-installation using the provided instructions.
Always-On service activates when the dongle indicator lights turn blue.
If you cannot install the equipment, you must contact Flow for assistance.
Always-On is intended as a backup solution during intermittent fixed service outages. You may manually disconnect COAX/FIBER to use Always-On.
Support
If you are experiencing issues, you must contact Flow Customer Care for troubleshooting.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Flow will advise on the next steps for resolution.
Billing & Cancellation
Always-On service is complimentary during the fixed service outage.
Once fixed service is restored, you have two options:
Purchase the dongle and activate a monthly Always-On charge of $750 JMD
Return the dongle to the nearest Quick Desk location.
Failure to return the dongle within the specified timeframe may result in charges.
In order to opt out of the service, you must visit a Quick Desk-enabled store and return the device so that a Flow agent can remove the service from the account.
General Conditions
Equipment remains the property of Flow until purchased.
low reserves the right to modify or discontinue your Always-On service at any time.
You must agree to use the service in accordance with Flow’s Acceptable Use Policy.
