We encourage customers to create an email address and share it with us to receive their e-bills. However, they can still access their bills through the My Flow App.
Customers can update their email address at any time by reaching out via WhatsApp at 876-620-2200, visiting any of our Retail Stores, or sending an email to [email protected].
Yes, customers can request paper bills by visiting a Retail Store. Please note that there is a fee of $500 + GCT for each printed bill. Alternatively, customers can easily download and print their bills from their emails or the My Flow App at their convenience.
