Prepaid Roaming Support & FAQs
- Prepaid Customers can dial the code *129# and purchase a Roaming data plan while overseas. Prepaid Customers will need to have the required credit to purchase the plan.
- Prepaid Customers may visit www.topupflow.com and purchase a Roaming Data plan. Prepaid Customers will be required to use a Credit Card.
The prepaid Roaming data bundles apply for most of the countries around the world. List of countries included, prices, and volumes included are posted on our website at www.discoverflow.co.
When the data in the Roaming plan is used up, or the plan has expired you would be required to purchase another plan by dialing *129# to be able to use data services again.
As a prepaid customer you would need to purchase a Roaming Data plan to be able to use mobile data services while abroad. If your data is fully utilized before the validity period of the plan, you will be required to purchase another bundle to continue using data.
